If I were to close my eyes and think of fall the first thing that would come to mind would be color. The trees with their brilliant reds, yellow and oranges would paint the backdrop. The beautiful blue skies would be filled with geese falling in formation while squawking loudly to each other. The air would be crisp with distant smells of apples and cinnamon. Children would be playing in leaf piles dressed in sweatshirts and jeans. And gardens would be overflowing with chrysanthemums in every color!
But, most importantly Fall here means Pumpkinland! Every year our friends old and new come flocking to the farm to visit us. We have been delighting families for decades with our Pumpkinland characters, hayrides through the orchards, and bins overflowing with pumpkins and squash.
Linvilla Orchards has become an integral part of childhood memories. Ask any mom with a camera in Pumpkinland and she will tell you how she has taken her child’s picture among our pumpkins every year since they were born. We are more than just a destination. We are part of your family!
