Sixty Seconds with Judi
This past week, my family and I were on vacation. We ventured up to the Pocono area. The drive was beautiful; country roads lined with fields of corn and farm houses. We hiked and fished, went swimming and visited our favorite amusement park. We stopped in a Farmers Market for some fresh fruits and vegetables for our meals. We shopped in adorable Gift Shops and even visited a lovely little Garden Center. We all really had a great time. Our trip was thoroughly relaxing.
Every little spot we stopped in, I found myself comparing it to Linvilla Orchards. The Gift Shops sold some similar items, yet I found myself critiquing their displays and inventory. The Farm Markets, of course, sold the same seasonal fruit and vegetables however; they did not carry our freshly made guacamole. Then as we sat pool side in our campground, it dawned on me that we drove over one-hundred miles away to see and do many things we are fortunate to have in our back yard. Don’t get me wrong you won’t see me giving up my vacation time for another day at the office but, I do feel so lucky to know that every day here is someone else’s get-away. We are so lucky to be able to share our beautiful destination spot with all those who visit. I truly hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.

Learn the secrets to smoking great meats and other side dishes. “The boys” will teach you different techniques and tips as well as cover what types of wood to use. Participants will enjoy samples made in the class. The class is free, but please call 610-876-7116 to register. *No Charge*
