When you sign your Contract, you are indicating your agreement with the rules.
Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancelling
A $75 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to hold your reservation. Your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances; we will do everything possible to reschedule your hayride in the event of inclement weather or an unforeseen circumstance.
Hayrides may be rescheduled without an additional fee. The deposit is transferable to a new date as long as it is in the same calendar year.
If your hayride is scheduled on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday you have until noon on the Tuesday prior to the date of your scheduled hayride to make any adjustments.
If your hayride is scheduled on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday you have until noon 4 days prior to the date of your scheduled hayride to make any adjustments.
Important Day of Information
Check your Contract carefully and note your departure time. As the host, you should arrive 30 minutes early to complete payment and gather your group. Request that your guests arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. They will need extra time to park on busy weekends. Your hayride must depart on schedule, at least two adults must always be on the wagon for the hayride.
Rain Policy
In the event of inclement weather, the hayride will need to be rescheduled as it is an outdoor event. We will make every effort to reschedule. No rain dates can be scheduled in advanced.
