Things are “Hopping” on the farm
I love the Easter season! It really brings back so many happy memories of when I was a little girl, each year getting a new hat with little white gloves to match my twirly Easter dress. Do little girls still do this? When my boys were small, I would take them to get their new “Easter shoes” and a spring color shirt with matching tie, all in preparation for the Easter holiday. They would wake up Easter morning well dressed and ready for church where they would fidget until we got home to find their hidden baskets and then proceed to stuff their sweet little faces with chocolate. My boys are now grown; gone are the days when I would dress them for church. However, I find it funny that they don’t mind their chocolate filled baskets still tucked away by the Easter bunny!
Here on the farm, we love to celebrate the beauty of the Easter season with your family. Come take a hayride through the orchard where you will find the Easter Bunny at his house in Bunny Land. The Bunny will visit each child on the wagon, while the Bunny’s helper tells a story and shares jokes. Every person on the wagon receives a treat. The wagon will continue through the orchard, where you can see the farm coming back to life after a long winter’s nap. When you return to the Garden Center, don’t forget to hop inside for a beautiful selection of Easter plants and flowers and then hop on over to the market for some homemade chocolate treats, freshly baked breads, pies and of course some carrots for the bunnies in your life.
