Sixty Seconds with Judi

I am always astounded at how the masses of people disappear after Halloween. Where do you all go? I know that many of you think of us here at Linvilla Orchards as that “Halloween” or “Fall” place, but really we are so much more.  We really do know how to play here. We offer family fun and adventure all year long.

First of all, Pumpkinland is still open! Don’t give up if the crowds scared you away- you have a second chance to come and play! This weekend the Mazes will be open, the Apple Slingshots are still in order and the Hayrides are still taking those beautiful Tours through the Orchard.

If you want to prepare for Thanksgiving, now is a great time to order your fresh turkeys and freshly baked pies. Let us help you put together that perfect meal!

Christmas is right around the corner and we have everything you need to have a perfect traditional family holiday. Join us for Cut Your Own Christmas Trees or start a family tradition of Wassailing. Christmas here on the farm is a magical experience.

Linvilla Orchards is a living, working farm.  We have animals that still love the company and Playland for the children to play in. We have a Farm Market full of fresh fruits and vegetables. Our Garden Center is full of beautiful plants, planters and garden accessories and a Calendar full of fun classes. We have a wonderful gift shop for everyday items or that special little something for that special someone.

What do you get when you drop a pumpkin? Squash! This is Judi’s favorite class. Learn some delicious things to do with those leftover Halloween pumpkins and squash. Come hungry, but please register to ensure you get a plate!  Call to register 610-876-7116.

Build Your Own Terrarium/ Fairy Garden Class Saturday, Nov 5 / 10AM to 11AM

We supply everything you need to build your own beautiful terrarium. You can choose from a variety of containers and plants and our knowledgeable Garden Center staff will guide you through the whole process.   Add Fairy Garden Accessories (not included) to make your garden as unique as you are!  Call 610-876-7116 to register.  Fee $35

Larger than life figures & scarecrows illustrate the legends and lore of the harvest season, local history & some of the many stories of pumpkins & apples.  Over 100 tons of pumpkins on display!
