What to Know   |   View Slideshow

An annual trip to Pumpkinland has been a family tradition for generations of Delaware Valley Residents. During the months of September and October, Pumpkinland takes center stage at Linvilla Orchards. Larger than life figures and scarecrows illustrate the legends and lore of the harvest season, local history and some of the many stories of pumpkins and apples.

See our piles of pumpkins in all shapes and sizes, over 100 tons on display! Find a huge selection of straw bales, corn shocks, toys and fall decorations of all kinds. Don’t get lost in our Straw Bale or Cornfield Mazes!

Enjoy live music and entertainment, hayrides, train rides, pony rides, face painting, straw bale and cornfield mazes, pick-your-own apples, candy and caramel apples, Jack-o-lantern exhibit and our annual Costume Parade. Open from mid-September through early November.

Both mazes are carefully designed and reinvented every season to test your sense of direction and puzzle solving ability. Our Straw Bale Maze can take 20 to 60 minutes to explore, our Corn Field Maze can take 30 to 70 minutes to decipher. Open on Saturdays and Sundays during our Pumpkinland Harvest Festival (from mid-September thru early November).

Ring Toss & Apple Sling

Linvilla Orchards Apple Sling has become a favorite activity for children and adults alike! Sling apples at targets set on a large field for a memorably good time! We use unsellable apples that get turned back into the earth creating rich fertile soil. Our Pumpkin Ring Toss challenges your dexterity and accuracy when you attempt to ring a pumpkin stem! You can win a prize if you ring the lucky pumpkin! Our Apple Sling and Pumpkin Ring Toss are located near our mazes and are open from 10am until 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays during our Pumpkinland Harvest Festival (from mid-September thru early November).
